We meet for a Fly-tying session (or a pint and chat) at the Cherry Tree Inn on Thursday 7th March as usual at 19:15 - 20:30.

Salmon Fly Tying Group
We are tying the classic spring fly – a Gold Bodied Willie Gunn on a 1” or 1.25” copper tube, or any other tube you choose - plastic, aluminium or brass.
Coincidentally Fish Pal have put up a new video for one method of tying a Gold Bodied Willie Gunn. It uses Gold Flat Tinsel rather than Gold Mylar Tube.

I suggest a top up your stocks of Buzzers and Lures for the start of the reservoir season.
